花期6-8月，果期7-12月。

种子卵形，臌胀，灰褐色，长10-12毫米，宽约8毫米，顶端圆形，种脐压扁，三角形，无边棱及线。
生于海拔200-1500米的山谷疏林中、灌丛或路旁草地中。
